Exhibitor and Sponsor Opportunities 2010 Air Force Medical Service Global Medical Readiness Symposium April 26-29, 2010 Wyndham Orlando Resort Orlando, Florida

General Information: The Symposium is hosted by the Air Force Surgeon General. It will allow 900 medical planners and chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear and high yield explosive (CBRNE) professionals in the Air Force Medical Service to meet in an open forum with the Air Force Surgeon General (AF/SG) and Headquarters Air Force (HAF) staff to discuss how to balance and meet today's AFMS missions and to share lessons learned and best practices regarding practical issues in preparing and training AFMS personnel for deployment and homeland defense missions. Attendees come from around the world.

Exhibitor Information: There are 43 exhibitor slots available. Exhibitors may purchase one or several of the 8X10' tabletop exhibit slots at $850.00 per slot. Consult the room layout to select desired slot(s).

• For each tabletop slot purchased, exhibitors receive one six foot skirted table, two chairs, wastebasket, small table sign and two exhibitor registrations. Popup displays (floor or tabletop) may not exceed 8' in height and 8' width.
• Exhibitors are encouraged to provide "give-aways" or promotions to attendees visiting their table(s).
• Giuffrida Associates has made arrangements for exhibitors to book rooms at the Resort at the Government room rate per night plus tax. Exhibitors will receive details when their commitment and payment is received.
• On each day of the exhibit there will be a refreshment/snack station set in the exhibit area for both AM and PM breaks.
• All attendees will receive on registration, a complete list of exhibitors and exhibitor locations.

Sponsor Opportunities:

1. Attendee Portfolio: $6,000.00 (deadline January 30, 2010)
   Each of the 900+ attendees at the Symposium will receive a portfolio with writing pad. The portfolio will have on its face the name of the Symposium, dates, and location. The Sponsor may have their company name printed on the front or inside the folder with the following: "Global Medical Readiness Symposium, Provided Courtesy of (sponsor name and contact information)"
   
   
2. Attendee Meeting Registration Folder: $3,500.00 (deadline February 15, 2010)
   Each of the 900+ attendees at the Symposium will receive a folder at registration containing meeting information, their individual schedule, and badge. The registration folder will have on its face the name of the Symposium, dates, and location. The Sponsor may have their company name printed on the front or inside the folder with the following: "2010 Global Medical Readiness Symposium, Provided Courtesy of __ (sponsor name and contact information)"
   
   
3. Room Drop: $1,000.00 (deadline March 1, 2010)
   An exhibitor may wish to do one or more room drops to all Seminar attendees the evenings of April 26 or April 27. Once an exhibitor has made their commitment and date(s) selection for a room drop, they will be put in touch with the Resort staff to make final arrangements and discuss any Resort fees for the service. For example, an exhibitor may want to offer a trip to Disney to an attendee as an incentive to come to their exhibit area at a certain time and announce this via a room drop message. Also, a new product or service offered might be promoted through a room drop.
